Book Club - Hand Pieced QAL 2020
The Pattern
The Book Club - Hand Pieced QAL pattern is available for purchase for a fee of $10. The download package will come in 3 parts:
- All the instructions for each of the QAL blocks and final quilt top settings
- All the templates for each QAL block
- Coloring page for each quilt top setting (Download just a copy of the coloring pages)
The pattern will feature 9 unique blocks each which finish at 9'' and will offer 2 settings - a wall hanging or a throw sized quilt. Quilt top fabric requirements are shown below. Additional information on backing and binding fabric requirements are in the pattern.
The QAL has ended but you can still see the tips and tutorials for each of the blocks:
The first Hand Pieced QAL was run across a series of blog posts with the instructions for each of the 9 sampler blocks. Each block built on the skills from the prior week and the last 5 blocks were made of the 4 basic units. There were 2 block layouts presented. Fabric requirements and a coloring page are available.
