I've been working hard to get my scraps organized so they actually get used. Typically, I store them by project in a plastic bag and then promptly loose the bag!
When I cleaned up after making two different quilt coats (the first and the second), all my scraps and leftover geese and HST stayed piled on the corner of my table and I turned them into two bags!
Such a fun quick process. I used Noodle-head's wide open pouch tutorial. The largest maps to her middle size while the smaller one is somewhere between her small and medium.
I love them both!
Two lovely and useful bags. Sew glad you found a way to use your scraps so well.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great way to use up scraps. I need to give that a try. They turned out great.
