Another day, another bag!

Click here to go to the One Monthly Goal December Link Up Party

(I really don't make a bag a day but couldn't think of a better blog post title.)

I made myself a Sew Together Bag using Sweetwater quilt text fabric I had hanging around my sewing room.

I spread assembly over several days.  This tutorial was invaluable for putting this bag together.

This bag is for me - selfishly not a gift.  The rest of my sewing is all gifts, honest!

I hope you are sewing along with the Bag It event.  Link up will close on December 16th so there is still time to enter.  Read more about the event here.

But if you've no time to make any more bags, please do make sure you've earned some entries into the overall giveaway just just by sharing some sponsor love.

There are five blog posts and a rafflecopter form on each one.  Find a few minutes and visit them all to make sure you've entered!

Please visit:

I'll also be linking up my bag finish with  Main Crush Monday's, Sew Cute Tuesdays,  Freemotion by the River,   WIP Wednesday's,  Let's Bee SocialMidweek Makers.  Fabric Frenzy Friday, TGIFFFinish it Up Friday and Finished or Not Friday.

Have a wonderful day! Patty

  3. Such a cute bag - I love the compartments and the fact that it zips shut - perfect for mothers of little ones! Nothing selfish about it at all! Congratulations on a beautiful finish!

  6. Lovely bag, funny but I have never made one. Yours certainly calls to me though. There is nothing wrong with a gift to yourself, after all the work for others you deserve it.
