One Monthly Goal - May Finish Link-Up

Ready to link up your May project finish?  And don't panic, the link is open to midnight (EST) on May 31!

New to One Monthly Goal?  Welcome!  You can read about the event and the rules on the main event page.

Sign up to receive email notifications when the One Monthly Goal linkup is open.  Think of it as a helpful reminder!
My goal for May was to make a wall hanging from my blocks from the American Made Brand Our Land QAL.  (Block pattern available here - my blocks were downsized to 6 1/2'').  I really went to town (for me anyway!) on my FMQ.  You can see more about my quilt on this post.

Now it is your turn to link up - share your goal finish for May.

Please only link up if you finished your goal and if you also participated in the May Goal Setting Link-up.

There will be three winners this month - Fat Quarter Shop is offering a $25 gift certificate, Green Fairy Quilts is offering a $15 gift certificate.   The Stitch TV Show is offering a copy of their Lucky Star quilt pattern.

Congratulations to Raewyn, Alida & Mary - our winners for May!! (updated 6/2)

Visit the One Monthly Goal event page for the specific requirements for links and social tags.

And remember, to be eligible for the prize(s) by random drawing you must linkup at both the goal setting and the accomplishment linkup in a given month. (May Goal Setting Link-up)

Make sure you add a link to this OMG post so others can follow where you are linking.   Let's make that easy -  just paste this into your post:

Thanks for linking up!

Have a wonderful day! Patty

  1. I was on vacation at the first of the month and didn't get to set my goal, but I'll be back for June.

  2. Congrats on the finish and I like how you went to town on the quilting.

  3. Your quilt and quilting look great--congrats on your finish!!

  4. I adore that cactus in your quilt! The overall theme I see is Very mid-west. I love it!

  5. Your quilt looks great, and you did a nice job on the saguaro. It looks sun-shadowed, and the stitching makes it look like the sort of vertical rows it has for holding water (and stickers!). The kernels of corn must have been a lot of work, too!

  6. Such a fun little mini. The quilting adds some great texture to the project. Beautifully done. Thank you for hosting OMG. It's been such a great motivator for me.

  7. Yeah, you finished, nice quilting.

Thanks for visiting Elm Street Quilts. Looking forward to hearing from you!
