Get Out of Town Duffel from byAnnie - to be featured Nov 27 |
Today's the day!
Bag It officially begins.
Any bags that you create and share now count as official entries in the Bag It event. (Bags finished prior to September 18 should not be entered.)
When you are ready to share on Instagram or from your blog, link-up a photo to claim your Bag It Entry. Photos linked from Instagram must contain the tag #elmstreetquiltsBagIt. Photos linked from a blog post must contain a link back to Elm Street Quilts.

Want to share and enter from Facebook? Join the Elm Street Quilts Facebook QAL group and then record your entry via the Bag It Facebook Entry Form. (Why the form? Winners are notified via email and the form collects your email address and makes things WAY easier for me to randomly select winners.)
You can share your bags across multiple social platforms but only claim the entry once in either the link-up or in the Facebook entry form. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Tips, tutorials and featured designers posts begin on Monday, September 25. See overall schedule and links to all tutorials on the Bag It event page.

Have a wonderful day! Patty
So excited!! Thanks for hosting this!
ReplyDeleteI'm excited too, and on the top of my Need To Get Done list are 2 bags that I will get started on today :) I have a pot of pea soup simmering away in the crockpot for supper, so now I can head down to the sewing dungeon and get cracking :D
ReplyDeleteAs always, thank you for all of the hard work that goes on to put on a FUN event like this!
Glad to see Bag It underway! I have a bag in mind to make, better get to planning!
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I had so much fun last time and I love to join in again this year! There are several bags in my mind I would love to sew! Thank you so much for organising all!
ReplyDeleteHugs Martina
Thank you for putting this together. I enjoyed following along last year.
ReplyDeleteBag It! has evolved into a much anticipated annual event.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you've added this feature, Patty!
ReplyDeleteI think I'll make a few Christmas totes. Who doesn't need a big ole tote to carry Christmas gifts in? This will be much easier after gift opening as well. And once the gifts are openend, new loot can go in the bag to be carted home. Win, win! (Don't you love those?)
