Old friend.

You served me well.  Late nights, early mornings and stolen hours on the weekend.

Life without you would have been empty.

But we must move on.

Make new friends.  Make new memories.

Like brand new pencils on the first day of school, new friends are filled with promise.   

Promise of excitement.

Promise of learning.

Promise of time together ignoring chores and children.

To new friends.

Coffee Time

Coffee or tea anyone?

I like a good morning large cup of caffeine every day so designing these mugs  with mini quilts block on them is something any quilter would just love!

The finished mini runner is 27" by 8".   For each mug, you need a fat 8th (or less).

I finished mine with curved straight line quilting.  So much fun to do.

Everyday Love

Hearts are not just for Valentine's Day.

Hearts do not have to be red either!   Grab your favorite mini charm pack and my new pattern and create a Everyday Love mini for all of your favorite people!

I used a mini charm pack of Feed Company by Moda.

I did straight line quilting - denser inside the heart than the background fabric.

This is my 4th pattern release in my Craftsy shop.  Materials required are a mini charm pack and 1/3 yard of background fabric.  Mini finishes at 18" square.
