I gathered all my Alison Glass scraps with a goal of using each fabric only once and embracing the different sizes of the scraps.
I've give my Daylight Halo Go* a workout - stitching on the back porch in the early evening. The included magnifying glass has made threading a needle quite easy!
To secure down both the middle row and the center row, I ran a line of X stitches along the edges. I think it also adds some fun interest.
It's a very enjoyable process to just sit and stitch. Even the back looks cool!

It looks like it would be soothing to make and fun to run your hands over once finished. What do you plan to use this Kawandi quilt for?
ReplyDeleteNice finish! Your hand stitching is so even.
